Motorhome Rental Agreement
We recommend that you read the terms and conditions.
1. Cancellation Fees
- If there are more than 15 days left For the start of the rental, the 25 % of the rental amount.
- If there are between 14 and 10 days left For the start of the rental, the 40 % of the rental amount.
- If there are between 9 and 5 days left For the start of the rental, the 50 % of the rental amount.
- If there are less than 5 days left For the start of the rental, the 100 % of the rental amount.

2. Schedules
- The vehicle can be collected from our facilities from 9:00 a.m. on the day the rental starts.
- The vehicle must be returned to our warehouse in the same condition as when we delivered it to you, before 8:00 PM on the last day of the rental.
3. Payments
- For bookings made more than 15 days in advance, only 25% of the rental amount will be paid.
- 15 days before the start of the rental, 100% of the rental amount will have been paid.
- You can pay the deposit at the dealership when you pick up the vehicle, or you can also hold the money in your online reservation.
4. Minimum Reservation Days
- In season LOW y REDUCED, The minimum reservation period will be 3 days. In season AVERAGE the minimum number of days will be 5 days and in seasons MEDIUM-HIGH y HIGH, The minimum reservation will be 7 days.
- If you are interested in a rental and it does not meet the minimum number of days, please contact us; we may be able to make an exception.
5. Included in the Rent
- Complete trousseau and household goods.
- Comprehensive insurance with a €700 excess and coverage throughout Europe.
- Roadside assistance valid throughout Europe.
- VAT.
- Exit expenses, gas and chemical liquid.
- Parking at our facilities for your vehicle during the rental period.
6. Bail
- In anticipation of possible damage to the vehicle, it is necessary to deposit a deposit of €700.
- This deposit can be paid by card through the website or at the warehouse. If you pay in cash, we will always refund it via bank transfer.
7. Driver Requirements
- The driver of the vehicle must have at least 25 years and an antiquity of 2 years with a B driving license.
8. Delivery and return
- The vehicle will be delivered fully cleaned inside and out at the start of the rental.
- The vehicle will be delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full as well.
- The customer must return the vehicle with its interior completely clean.
9. Unlimited mileage on all rentals of more than 5 days
- We'll only charge you extra for mileage if your booking is for less than 6 days and you drive more than 300km per day. In that case, you'll pay an extra €0.30 per extra kilometer.
